I've acted as a tutor at my community college, for a C programming class. I have also tutored geometry and algebra for a middle school students. In addition, I've tutored calculus for students at the local community college. I want to be a tutor because I like math and I like thinking about math and re-exploring through some one else's eyes. Every time I get to help someone understand, I get the same sense of enjoyment as when I was first learning. It's a good feeling to watch someone suddenly get it after trying and trying.
